How to Order
  • Avoid doing too much too soon. Do not lift heavy items, sit or stand for long periods of time.

  • Lifting items correctly. Keep your back straight, bend at the knee when pickingup up an object. Avoid twisting or bending when lifting.

  • Warm-up before exercise. Do stretching exercises on your lower back and leg muscles before exercising.

  • A Healthy system will help you stay strongh.
  • Weight loss and/or weight maintenance involves eating a balanced diet full of protein, complex carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, minerals, photochemicals and antioxidants. This will help support a healthy system and will help you to maintain your weight. If you gain just 10 pounds, your joints must bear from 25 up to 100 pounds extra, which can add unnecessary stress to your body. Limiting your caffeine, alcohol and nicotine consumption will also improve your health.
  • Proper support while you sleep, a firm mattress is key.
